Molly Tarlov has been an American actress since 2011 and is known best for playing Sadie Saxton, the star of Awkward which is a drama for teens comedy TV show. Tarlov was the eldest of two daughters, was raised and born to Manhattan, New York. At the age of 10, Tarlov played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of a Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was highly acclaimed by a crowd comprised of seventh graders. As she grew older and had a job, she spent her summers in Paris in Paris with NYU Tisch's Tisch School of the Arts located at Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theatre. The Atlantic Theater Company also trained her in acting and helped her incorporate writing into her acting through her LAByrinth Theater Masters Class. Molly swapped her black winter coat in exchange to get a pair of glasses in black, and then made her way out to Los Angeles. In a short time, she landed a small appearance on iCarly that attracted a lot attention from her friends and family. Molly has made a number of TV appearances, and also developed the role of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman, Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly is a pro basketball athlete who believes she's better than she really is. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
